• Deliveries are made between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Charges:

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Out-of-Stock Situations:

• If a product is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days to discuss options such as exchange, delay, or cancellation.

Delivery Confirmation:

• We are not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the person who placed the order.

Claims and Issues:

• Claims for Shortages or Damages: Claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery.
• Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages may require evidence, such as a clear and well-produced video.

• Responsibility: Crovell is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• Incorrect Address: Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping:

• Currency and Charges: All prices are in Indian Rupees. For international transactions, applicable exchange rates and charges will apply. Disputes regarding exchange rates and bank charges should be directed to the issuing bank.
• Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
